My mission is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover tools that support their well-being—whether through energy healing, sound therapy, Reiki-infused jewelry, or thoughtfully selected crystals.

I believe healing is deeply personal. Sometimes it begins with a quiet Reiki session. Other times, it starts with finding a crystal that resonates with you or simply taking a moment to pause and breathe. My hope is that every interaction leaves you feeling a little more grounded, supported, and connected.

The Journey behind Soluna

Before stepping into holistic wellness full-time, I worked as a Chartered Professional Accountant. It was a career built on logic, structure, and numbers, but over time I felt called toward a different path—one centered on healing, mindfulness, and personal growth.

In 2020, I co-founded a crystal business that grew into a vibrant community of people exploring crystals, energy, and spiritual wellness. Through that experience, I witnessed how crystals could inspire meaningful conversations about healing, intention, and self-discovery.

Wanting to deepen my understanding of energy healing, I pursued formal training and became a Certified Crystal Reiki Master. This journey led me to continue studying meditation, chakra systems, spiritual healing, crystal energy work, emotional healing, sound frequency healing, and traditional body gua sha.

Today, Soluna by Sea brings together my two greatest passions: helping people restore balance through holistic wellness at Soluna Energetics, and sharing thoughtfully selected crystals and Reiki-infused jewelry through Soluna Gems. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing and beauty come together, allowing each person to find the path that resonates most with them.

The Meaning of Soluna

The name Soluna is inspired by two timeless symbols found in nature:

Sol — the sun, representing warmth, vitality, clarity, confidence, and new beginnings.

Luna — the moon, representing intuition, reflection, inner wisdom, healing, and emotional balance.

Together, Soluna represents the harmony of light and shadow, action and stillness, strength and gentleness. Just as the sun and moon each have their own unique purpose, I believe healing is about embracing every part of ourselves and finding balance along the way.

Soluna by Sea brings together my two passions: holistic healing through Soluna Energetics and thoughtfully selected crystals through Soluna Gems. While each offers a different experience, both are rooted in the same intention—to help people reconnect with themselves and discover greater balance, peace, and well-being.
